This year's Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday, March 15, 2012, at the MONARCH HOTEL, in Clackamas, OR. The entire credit union benefits when members participate.
That's why we invite every member to attend our--your--Annual Meeting. All members are equal owners of the credit union.
Our Annual Meeting is an occasion for management and elected officials to report to you,
the owners. And, it's an opportunity for you to learn about the credit union's financial position, products and services, current business issues, and goals. You'll meet face-to-face with the people who run your credit union.
In addition to the meeting, you'll enjoy complimentary appetizers and a chance to win amazing door prizes. So, mark your calendar and help us celebrate our 84th Anniversary!

Nominations & Elections
Positions of the NWPCU Board and Credit Committee are filled by volunteers who serve without compensation and are elected by you to represent the membership at large. As the complexity of our Credit Union operations grow, we are seeking qualified people to assist in guiding the NWPCU through the intricacies of a rapidly evolving financial marketplace.
• The Board has the critical responsibility of maintaining the general direction of your Credit Union, which is accomplished in accordance with the Federal Credit Union Act, our Credit Union by-laws, and other applicable rules and regulations.
• The Board also ensures that the Credit Union is fulfilling its purpose of offering low-cost loans at prudently-managed rates, encouraging thrift, and providing courteous, friendly and efficient service.
• Board members together with management, map out the plans for the Credit Union's future, always keeping members' needs in mind.
There are four (4) Board positions up for election. If you are interested in becoming a part of this essential and worthwhile volunteer system and feel your background and experience can help make a difference please contact any one of the following Nominations Committee members.

Need Some Extra Cash for College? We've got a Scholarship for YOU!
It's that time again when students are starting to apply for colleges and universities, or getting ready to start a new term. Either way, it's going to put a dent in someone's pocket book. But we have a solution – again this year NW Priority Credit Union is awarding six (6) $500 Student Scholarships to future and current college students who are members of the Credit Union. Students will be judged based on written essay, academic achievement, extra-curricular activities, financial need, and community service.
In order to be eligible you must be a primary member of the Credit Union for at least a one year, a graduating senior or a current college student with a GPA of 2.5 or higher who will enroll in an undergraduate course of study during the 2012-2013 school year at an accredited two-year or four-year college, university, vocational-technical school in the U.S. All applications must be submitted by March 2, 2012. Recipients will be notified no later than March 9, 2012. They must be available to attend NW Priority Credit Union's 84th Annual Meeting on Thursday, March 15, 2012 at the Monarch Hotel in Clackamas, OR.
