We would like to sincerely apologize to all our members that were affected by the outage last week of the Online and Mobile Banking systems.
Our vendor that provides these services is located in Texas who had severe weather-related issues and power outages. The loss of this service at a time when our members needed it most is not acceptable and our vendor has been reviewing the series of events to assure an outage of this magnitude is not repeated.
We are dedicated to resolving our online platform issues to ensure that NWPCU members can access their accounts wherever and whenever they need to. Thank you for your patience and your membership with NWPCU.
