New Online Banking Security Feature
6-digit verification codes
How does the new security feature work?
When logging into Online Banking on your computer, you will receive a 6-digit verification code by text message or phone call. You will be prompted to enter this code to complete the login process.
This new verification method replaces the security questions previously used during login. The feature will also be available when accessing your account through the mobile app.
What do I need to do?
If you have recently changed your phone number and have not informed us, please send a secure message through Online Banking so we can update your contact information.
Important:
If we do not have your current contact information on file, you may not be able to access Online Banking.
